Our mission at YarnClub.net is to provide new and exciting fiber arts experiences every month. Our monthly Awesome Box allows you to discover and play with 6-8, premium products from all over the US.

The knitting items that you’ll receive in your Awesome Box are not your typical yarn store finds. Led by the hand of amazing Artisan makers, these products are painstakingly sourced and lovingly crafted into the perfect original theme (i.e. Winter Wonderland, Fresh Start).

At YarnClub.net, we believe in our artisan partners and the quality of their products. Some are stay-at-home moms, working for an opportunity to change the way we think about knitting. Some are industry veterans who live on the cutting-edge of yarn craft and design excellence. Each of them pours their heart and soul into their craft.

As a small business, we love feedback from our customers. Constructive feedback or tips to improve our service are very much encouraged. If you have any issues you would like to air out or you just want to tell us how awesome we are, shoot us an email using our contact form.

Shipping / How It Works

We work hard to include 6-8 unique items in each crate. These items will always include at least two skeins of luxury yarn in a custom blend or color way. You’ll also always receive an exclusive knitting pattern.

For orders in the US, shipping is $10 per crate.

For orders in Canada, shipping on all crates is $25 per crate.

Awesome Boxes typically ship out on the 20th of each month.

In order to receive a current month’s Awesome Box, you must place your order on or before the 14th of that month. For example, if you subscribe on March 20th, your first Awesome Box would ship around April 14th and arrive in the third week of April. If you had subscribed on March 10th, your Awesome Box would arrive in the third week of March.

At YarnClub.net we think the surprise and discovery is as much a part of the experience as the product themselves. You can see the types of products that will be included in the Awesome Box. Or, if you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive a tip or hint to each month’s upcoming theme.

Currently YarnClub.net only assembles one Awesome Box theme per month, and we do not customize boxes to order. So if by chance you were allergic to a product in the box, your only option would be to gift it. Most of our yarns will have a wool base.

We limit each Awesome Box to 100. When they’re gone they’re gone.

We may at some point in the future offer individual product from the Awesome Box available for sale on our site.

Your Awesome Box may not arrive the same day every month, but it will always ship out around the 15th of each month and arrive in the third week of each month (unless the post office really drops the ball).

Shipping / Refund Policy

We ship using USPS around the 15th of each month. In the US shipping generally takes 2-7 business days. Outside of the US it can sometimes take a bit longer due to border/customs regulations.

Yes. Simply log into your “Account” on the website and make the necessary changes.

Please get in touch with us using our contact form and select the option “Report An Issue”.

If you are not happy with your Awesome Box, you can return it to us. You will be given credit for a future Awesome Box minus a $10 restocking fee.

If your order is damaged, we will issue full replacements at no cost.
